New Hope Therapeutic Services is a growing Group Practice located in both Roxbury and Burlington, Connecticut. Victoria Croswell is the Founder of New Hope and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Throughout her career she has heard a repeated message…People expressing a loss of hope in their ability to make changes, loss of hope for finding practitioners to help support them, loss of hope in their family functioning, and overall sense of hopelessness in their lives. It was founded on the principle of helping families and individuals find HOPE for themselves and in their lives again. Looking for like minded therapists to work at this growing practice.

• Conduct initial assessments

• Create and implement treatment plans individualized to the clients goals of treatment

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy

• Professional Development Assistance

• Attend weekly team meetings

• Attended weekly supervision

• Minimum of 3 days in office

• Licensed with either LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFT, or LADC

• Works well in a Team atmosphere

• Passionate about providing quality care

• Well organized and good with time management

• 3 Days in Office

• Motivated to learn and grow
