Caitlin aims to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-compassion, growth, and healing. She believes in a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy and incorporates various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She encourages art making to help facilitate self expression, exploration, relaxation, and healing. Caitlin provides art therapy and/or talk therapy, depending on each individual client and their needs.
When Caitlin is not working or creating art, you can find her spending quality time with friends, family, and her dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, by the water or hiking. Caitlin loves exploring new places, food, and live music. She also likes to exercise her mind by watching/reading a good mystery series, researching psychology, or playing a fun board/card game.
